Question: Can Homeopathy help children, who are rude towards their parents?
Firstly – Behaviours are based on perceptions:
This question reminds me story of a family, their elder child (daughter) was rude towards mother. The girl lives with his parents and grandparents. Her parents wanted her to be a good Muslimah (by learning deen with essentials of secular education), whereas the grandparents wanted her to be more good in secular education! The child sees it as a contradiction – Whom to please!
In such a situation, it has to do more with psychotherapy than a remedy because the root cause here is the child’s perception about the situation. Behaviours are based on perceptions, you change the perceptions, behaviours would change! In this story, the parents started to brainwash the girl with anecdotes like such and such strived for dunyah alone and achieved nothing (lost health, respect, wealth etc), whereas such and such strived for akirah and achieved many things! This started to change the perception of child, which caused a positive change in her behaviour Mashaa Allaah. They did sabr as well (ignoring child’s mistakes sometimes).
Do it, change your child’s perception. If you narrate a story to your child alone, he or she may refuse to listen. Rather gather your children and narrate them a story in general and try to focus more on other kids (so your child can feel he is not being pinpointed through the story and can involve more in the listening). You could make a curriculum from Riyadh-us-Saliheen to teach your children adab, Inshaa’ Allah, it will change his/her perception thus change the behaviour. By doing so, you are educating adab to your whole family, Mashaa’ Allaah, isn’t it a good opportunity to educate the whole family?
At the same time, be an example yourself in a modest character to your children and keep your children away from worldly people so that they don’t perceive contradictions in general. Likewise, involve your child in interesting day-to-day activities like grocery shopping and decision making to progressively win the soft corner of your child.

Secondly – Role of a healthy diet:
Pay attention to child’s diet as well, feed him with a plenty of healthy natural diet on daily basis. Many times children labelled ADHD could greatly improve by turning their diet from a processed diet to a natural diet. I recommend a book on this subject, you could consult it for recipes too – Disease-Proof Your Child.
Thirdly – Homeopathy coupled with psychotherapy:
If your child has health issues (e.g., crying, sleeplessness, headaches), use homeopathy as a holistic and safer treatment, Inshaa’ Allaah and/or if the consolation procedure (discussed above in terms of teaching children adab) doesn’t seem to help much then probably your child needs homeopathic treatment – in such cases, patients who are under psychotherapy recover as a rule rapidly, if they use homeopathy as a main treatment.
